Works well. This also tastes really good. I bought another one with the same brand from another store but it doesn’t taste as good as this one. I’m not sure why. I didn’t check the sugar content as I have thrown the container away.

I dont write reviews much but this product is 100 percent worth it. I was on it and felt great. Then I stopped taking it and felt horrible. I started taking it again and the difference is night and day. I feel amazing when I take this product.

I drink this every morning. It helps control my appetite and makes me feel full for longer. I love the taste of it, too. Just make sure you drink it as soon as you add water to it because it gets thick fast!

I take Metamucil regularly, and it does the job. Good value for the price. One odd thing I noticed about the most recent batch I bought on Amazon -- it does not congeal as much as the batch I bought 6-8 months ago at CVS. It seems like this batch is less dense, maybe between 30-50%. I can also tell when I leave it sit in a water bottle. The last one left a big jelly like blob about a third of the volume of the container. The new batch doesn't clump together as well or as much. I can tell the effects in my body as well. When you're taking a fiber supplement regularly you come to rely on taking a certain dose, since it can be hard for your body to adjust to even small changes in fiber. I would expect a company like Metamucil to have a more consistent product. Overall a good product for your health but I am disappointed in the inconsistency, and not really knowing what amount of fiber I'm actually taking.
