I use this almost every night for me and my 4 year old daughter via cotton swab. Brush it lightly inside our nose and use the other end of the cotton swab to remove excess. Nose isn't dry when we sleep especially in northern California where it's very dry.

This was a very dry winter in the Midwest. Having the furnace on and the blower run 24 seven promoted the dry air inside the home.The AYR saline nasal gel with aloe vera was recommended to me by an ENT doctor for a dry nose. You only need a very small amount to put in each nostril for immediate relief.I keep a tube downstairs in the family room and also on my nightstand.It doesn’t “cure”a dry nose during the dry winter months, but it will give you relief for a while. I occasionally use it once or twice during the day and at bedtime. Very satisfied with this product.
