Truly Remarkable; Terribly Important!
Judge George Washington Armstrong wrote this wonderfully interesting and terribly important book in the midst of World War II. In 1940, the crucial issue was whether or not the Roosevelt administration would defy American political precedent by seeking a third term and simultaneously ignore the will of the American people by entering into the European war. Wilkie was the chosen stooge of the complacent Republican party who dutifully lost to FDR, thereby enabling Roosevelt to continue his reign and to maneuver Japan into the Pearl Harbor attack. The rest, as they say, is history.Within the corpus of this text, Armstrong puts forth a very lucid and lawyerly argument that the force that impelled America on this route of disaster was the international banking empire of the Rothschild Money Trust. The posture taken by Judge Armstrong was well stated in the context in which he wrote and has been absolutely verified by subsequent events.A necessary caution to the interested reader is that Judge Armstrong, writing with a patriot's passion, sometimes ventures into the realm of bigotry. That notwithstanding, the work is wonderfully readable and enlightening. It is a tragedy that such excellent and important work is so little known.

Essential historical analysis from the 1940s
The Rothschild Money Trust was written in 1940. It's major thesis is a comparison of the supposedly-fake Protocols of Zion with world events from their publication up to the then present day, with a view to judging if the Protocols were genuine or not. Additionally the author outlines the political machinations of the Jewish-controlled "money power" and its effects on the all-out drive towards war in the USA at that time, and their influence in other parts of the world.History records that entry into both world wars was very unpopular among the American people, but as we now know to our cost the wishes of the people in a supposed modern democracy are entirely secondary to the wishes of the money power, thus demonstrating that democracy really does not exist. Only those who stood to gain personally from the carnage of a war (the bankers, industrialists and armament manufacturers and their lackeys and sychophants in politics) truly wanted US entry. Naturally, the people of all of the warring nations did not want war; it is only ever politicians and bankers who are intent on this most base of all human actions. And they always get what they want - and "the common folk", you and I, pay for it with our blood and our taxes.Unfortunately a very graphic demonstration that democracy is an illusion was provided by President Roosevelt who, whilst having the clear and simple answer to the country's economic woes at his fingertips, woes which can and have been traced right back to the fingertips of the same "money power", implemented instead the "New Deal" (or "Jew Deal" as this author terms it) which proved to be an economic disaster for the people of the USA but an economic boon for the bankers. This blatantly criminal behaviour from the figurehead of a state was incredible enough; that it has been repeated in public many times since by heads of state up to the present day is no less than staggering; and that the vast majority of the gullible public are still totally ignorant of the reality of the situation can only be described as mind-blowing.The author points out that there is evidence the Protocols of Zion, far from being faked, were genuine. The evidence lies in the fact that, as Henry Ford noted in 1925, what has unfolded in the world since 1905 (when the Protocols were published) very closely matches what the "Elders of Zion" supposedly saw as necessary in order to establish global financial domination - a task which was by no means obvious to anyone and probably could not have been faked in such detail by a mind not in the know. And the state of the world in 2011 is even closer than it was in 1940 to the world described in the Protocols. That the financial domination of the bankers, many if not most of them Jewish, is total can be seen today in the looting from the public of trillions of dollars with total immunity by supposedly democratic governments, with some of them (the USA particularly) resorting to extortion and outright threats against the public to get their way. Many of the tenets of the Protocols seem to have become standard behaviour in politics over the previous century; the Protocols suggestion that all successful politicians should do one thing and say another (in other words, be as dishonest and deceitful as they see fit) seems to have been taken completely to heart by the political class, for politics is now a vocation fit only for the most consummate of professional liars.Whether the Protocols were genuine or not (and their faking has never been proven - the claims of a court are meaningless if they cannot produce the faker) is irrelevant. That the last century seems to have unfolded in such a way that those who wrote the Protocols would entirely approve is sufficient. The author at times let his outrage get the better of him, although this is at least understandable given the subject matter and the egregiousness of the crimes he was describing. Nevertheless this is a valuable work whose references come mainly from the US congressional record and official papers. Naturally, many will dismiss this as the work of a rampant anti-Semite, and because of this they will totally disregard its message. I would suggest however that there is no smoke without fire, and the hackneyed whingeing of Zionists and their lackeys is wearing very thin. Additionally it has long been apparent that the vast majority of those who tear out their hair in faux outrage at every mention of the Protocols have never actually read them. Therefore, to anyone reading either this or the book and considering accusations of anti-Semitism: - read the Protocols before you comment. There most definitely IS a "money power" in the world - this has been proven and confirmed numerous times over the last century by government investigations in various countries, and without doubt it is owned and controlled by mostly Jewish interests, chief among them the House of Rothshild. It was estimated in the mid-1800s that the Rothschilds owned half of the world's wealth. It is not unreasonable to assume that their fortune has increased since that time, for wealth begets wealth. It is also reasonable to imagine that the ultra-rich will always club together to conspire and plot in order to safeguard their position of great privelege. The Protocols of Zion described how this could be achieved most effectively by those who control the money and the money-creation mechanisms of the world. In reality there is nothing here which constitutes an unbelievable conspiracy - it is all very very prosaic, very very predictable, and very very depressing. As noted, the author lets his outrage get the better of him at times. Unfortunately this outrage, whilst completely justified, does not lend weight to an argument, for people will often ignore an emotional or strident commentator because it seems he has an axe to grind or some other personal involvement. As far as this particular subject goes, it is impossible NOT to be personally involved, and personal outrage is essential to motivate people to do something about the problem. However, I feel the message would have been far more powerful had it had been delivered slightly more dispassionately. Hence I have given the book 4 rather than 5 stars.

Absolutely Staggering.
Absolutely essential reading for anyone who's ever wondered why things are the way they are. All our mishaps all the way back down through history, and beyond were never accidents. They were planned and controlled. Whatever you do if there is only one book you would like to read in this life, make it this one. It'll make your eyes water.

Have not read yet!
Haven't read this book yet, but read other reviews and it's seems to be one of the very good conspiracy books, so I bought it! Hopefully I will enjoy reading it!
