The device itself is excellent together with its matt black mat marked out to position items central to the picture. The built in lights work effectively and are better than other external lights.The software supplied would not load but it was possible to download the "English" version (only ~3 bytes different in length to that supplied), very slowly!. The image handling software is excellent with high resolution, manoeuvrability and scaling as well as saving from the screen, however, the OCR software is annotated in Chinese and a language option is not apparent.Overall, a good buy and well worth having for demonstrating techniques to our U3A Craft Group via Zoom

Visualiser really simple to use and plenty of options on the scanning side of things too.Software download is epically slow though.

Sadly had to return. I would have kept it if I didn't need the software. Arrived without the mat, but I already have one so I wasn't too concerned. The visualiser worked fine as a plug and play - picture quality was fine, so if you only need it for this, it's an affordable choice. However, had to return as the software took hours to load on Win10 and then froze my laptop. A friend eventually managed to uninstall.

Great product purchased to use in classroom. Easy to set up and use.

Dud not have software, the software link didn't work and it was not recognised by Windows. Totally useless

as I am working from home I was looking for a scanner that would not take up too much space and when I found this one it looked perfect. When I received the scanner it looked perfect, foldaway when I was not using it. However getting the scanner to work was a problem I had not planned on having. You are meant to plug in and it finds your device, I downloaded the software, this did not work either. I thought it might be my laptop so I tried it on my work PC. Still nothing. The design and size is great for working at home but really disappointed this device did not work.
