I have been using this dressing for years (at least 15!) It is great on steamed veggies, including chard, kale, broccoli, and sweet potatoes. I even use it on Tempe and tofu. I got my 5 year old son to love tofu - pan seared with nutritional yeast - with this dressing! Much more subtle than some of the other "goddess" dressings. Has a clean flavor profile. not too runny, not too thick. Not just for the health food nut!
