Turn an LED strip into a beautiful light
I have a dark kitchen corner with a low ceiling. While an LED light strip would be good enough to light up the space from above the strip itself doesn’t look good itself. Therefore I bought this to enclose the strip.It is very easy to install. It is so lightweight that I suspect you could fix it with just double side tapes. It come with ends on both sides and I can easily cut a larger opening on one of them to fit my thick light cable. The diffuser is pretty good in hiding the light strip but you shouldn’t have a wrong expectation that it can turn non-continuous LEDs to an even light output. You need to have COB kind of light strip to give the best result.

Good piece of lighting kit.
Very easy to use, superb diffusion of light meaning it appeared as a continuous, unbroken line of light. Easily cut to length. Excellent value for money. Only marked down from five stars because there was nowhere on the ad where additional end caps could be purchased. Would recommend.

Product is fine, packing is poor
The product is OK, it looks fine in place and the cover fits well on all of the extrusion that we could salvage and use. Unfortunately, the strip is packed in a simple spiralled cardboard tube and it is just not strong enough to protect the product in transit and it arrived badly bent.

Perfect for diy lamp
I used the product to house a COB LED light strip in a diy driftwood lamp I was making. I had routed the slot to the measurements before buying it and was glad to see the duct was exactly the same width and depth. I glue it in place using epoxy resin glue. The defuser plastic clips in securely and is not likely to fall out. I only used a small amount of it so I have a lot left for other projects. Would definitely buy again.
