I’ve been using this product for about 6 months and am hooked. My hair is very long, color treated, and heat styled. This stuff is magic for keeping my hair healthy.Here’s what I like: product is thick and fully saturates my hair. It is effective quickly - you can feel a difference after leaving it on just 7 minutes. For added penetration, I add a hot towel, wrapped around my head in the shower and leave it on 10-15 minutes. This is excellent for use after coloring and as a weekly deep conditioner. It is an economical, no frills product - you’re no paying extra for a name here. But it’s every bit as good as the stuff I used to get at the beauty supply store. I buy this on the subscribe and save program, which saves a bit more on cost. One jar lasts me one month - I use after color treatments (every 3 weeks) and as a weekly deep conditioner.... so that’s about 5-6 applications per jar for my very long hair. It would probably last 2 months if you have shoulder length hair, maybe even 3 if you have very short hair.The scent is very neutral, which disappointed me at first, as I love the smell of good hair products. But this is probably a good thing for most people, as the scent won’t compete with your perfume or lotion.Overall, I highly recommend this product.

I purchased this item for my recently bleached and color treated hair. My hair received a lot of damage after bleaching - leaving it dry and straw-like. After using this, my hair felt soft and silky. Amazing transformation. I use this as a mask once a week. TIP: Work a small amount (less than pea size - more if you have a lot or longer hair) into your wet/damp hair after washing and style as normal. This gives me the same results as using it as a mask. It's awesome.

I have really dry damaged hair from dying it every color in the book lol. Red, black, pink, blah blah blah :).I have tried tons of hair products, everything from the high priced organic stuff to the walmart stuff. The high priced organic stuff always left my hair greasy and, flat, and unworkable. The walmart stuff never did anything for my hair. I tried coconut oil, Aragon oil, etc...nothing worked. Absolutely nothing. Even when using very small amounts of any product it would leave my hair greasy, heavy, and gross. Using more of the stuff that didn't work, due to all the additives, left my hair in a worse position than when I began.I take a shower, get out, put a quarter sized through my long hair and leave it in and let it dry, it smells amazing! I know this is a mask but I don't wash it out. Doesn't weigh my hair down, doesn't make it greasy. Once my hair is dry, it's bouncy, shiny, healthy, and looks like one of those Panteen Pro-V hair conditioner commercials. It's crazy. Never in my life have I ever had hair this healthy. So grateful! A total god send!

After I rinsed, I wasn't impressed. My hair felt brittle and coarse, and I had to put the same amount of product in it as usual just to safely brush it. BUT once it finished air drying, my hair was noticeably better. It was smoother and touchable. I don't think my wet hair will be as bad next time. My hair was in desperate need, and this was the first time I used any deep conditioning product since my last lightening and coloring. I would recommend this to a friend as a less expensive alternative to the name brands.Update: I have used it three times now and am not impressed. It has done very little, and I can't say that I see noticable lasting effects. As far as I can tell, my homemade kitchen goop is equally as effective. It's just not good enough on my hair to buy again. I'll be going back to the more expensive options.

This worked wonders as far as making my hair soft and silky after bleaching, however the smell was so strong that I ended up having to wash my hair 4 times in a single night just to be able to go to sleep after using it (and still the smell lingered slightly, it was incredible). I imagine all that washing probably counteracted any good using this mask did. I'm sure for someone less sensitive the smell wouldn't be a problem (and honestly, the actual scent wasn't bad, just unbelievably strong), but for someone sensitive to smells like me, it was overwhelming and I ended up with aggravated asthma and a migraine.

My hair became very dry after having been bleached to transition to gray and using some inferior products. This product came to the rescue. The first time I used it, I left it in 15 min. and I was very pleased with the silkiness. I have since used it 2-3 times per week with the same success, but I leave it in only 5 min. I might also add that I had an issue with my first order, and the company was very prompt and courteous in assuring my satisfaction. I will order this again!

For starters please follow the instructions for desired results. I have been using this mask for several months and although I haven't had any trouble with my hair prior to using this product but I will say my hair is noticeably thicker even after relaxing my hair and feels softer than before. I definitely recommend this product to anyone wanting stronger hair, I noticed a lot of the reviewers were compensated of some sort for their reviews I purchased this product to do my own investigating and am completely satisfied.

Split dyed my hair professionally BLUE AND the other side was not dyed . For color results bleach was used . Lady did good but I didn’t maintain it . Anyways above pic is example of split dye . Anyways used this product after my hair dried when I washed it on the blue side and DAMN WHAT A DIFFerence. My Hair was so dry before some guy even said it looked like cellophane (ex:saran wrap) and it made me think of the maintenance of it . I did put silk oil , coconut oil and even some old school tres Flores vasoline(old school vasoline poses an hair gel with a scent ) in my hair but not enough I guess . After one time of use it was noticeably softer and not as dry looking . It was taking natural shape again ( before it would dry stick striating even though My hair is extra wavy ) and it felt a little like straw (my ends ) .it feels a so much better , less knotty, and getting some shine back ! Recommend ?

I purchased this based on reviews from a US blogger but it has done nothing for my blonde colour treated hair (highlighted). I gave it several tries thinking I must not have used enough. After splattering an excess amount on my hair the last time I do Oh well!
