Not working properly! Does not charge. May I return this item?

I wanted so badly to like this charger that fits perfectly in the 2018. However, every time I plug this charger in it works perfectly for between 20 seconds and 2 minutes, and then gives an error message/just turns off. Pretty frustrating. More unfortunately, I sent a note to the seller and have never heard back. So I had to return it.

The product works as described, and it looks like it belongs in the car and came from the factory. However, It’s not plug and play for the 2021 Audi Q5. Despite the description listing that the charger will fit 2021 models, that’s not the case. The new redesigned 2021 Q5 models no longer have an standard USB port in the center console. It now comes with an USB “C” port, therefore you need a USB to USB “C” adapter, or buy a new USB “C” to USB “C” cable in order to be able to connect the charger to the car. Unfortunately this company don’t disclose that info on their description while listing the 2021 Q5 models as compatible with the charger. They should have provide the adapter if they want to claim that is plug and play with 2021 models. Just keep in mind that if you have Q5 2021 you would need to spend on an adapter or a new cable. That’s why I couldn’t give the 5 stars ⭐️ for this charger. Other than that it’s a great product, and it works as advertised.

Love this item. Really happy I purchased it. Takes seconds to install. I have a 2018 SQ5 and I wanted wireless charging. This was the perfect add on to my car. Easy. Quick. Perfect. Just as described. If any questions feel free to reach out. Item is exactly as described and works perfectly well. I have an iPhone 11 Pro Max with a case. Still charges no problem.

Have to fix to get it works

It is easy to install, it fits, the price is not bad and it works as said.

Bought one for my wife's car for Christmas and it didn't work, like others said you could hear some thing rattling around inside the unit. When I opened it the actual charger was loose inside. They did exchange it quickly and I had hopes with the new one as there was nothing loose. That lasted less than a week when my wife complained it wasn't charging anymore, and you can hear it rattling around inside. For $70 they could have used some thing other than hot glue to secure it, I'm going to epoxy this one cause my wife liked having it. If you don't feel like opening it and securing it the right way I would stay away.
