I've only been using this product for a short time, and I can tell that my hair is healthier. After the visit, I used the rejuvenating hair mask the first time I washed my hair after the color application. My hair was sleek, looked fuller, and was easier to style than my usual post-color experience. Since red washes out more quickly than any other hair color application, I appreciate the fact that the color vibrancy is holding up very well after several shampoos! This is better than the Nexxus products I was using, and it costs less. I'm very pleased to find a better product at a considerable discount.Update on 2/4/2016: After using this hair system for two months, I can honestly say that my hair is in the best condition I've seen since I turned 40 - 2 decades ago. ;) My hair stylist commented on the change during my last visit. It takes less time for me to get ready in the mornings because my hair cooperates with me now. I'm sold on this product.

Check the dates on the bottom of containers and they were produced 2 years ago. The shampoo was not sealed other items were which made it obvious that this has been sold to someone else before and used.

Almost posted a rating two weeks ago with five stars.What I love - it does help the hair hold on to color for about four weeks. It is GREAT for thin hair like mine, and adds body AND shine. Love, love, love it for that!What you need to know: I'm also a little miffed about the container design. The shampoo and conditioner are both very thick, and the squeeze bottle design isn't very conducive for the product. The conditioner especially gets gummy around the spout and seals it shut so that you have to remove the lid and squeeze it out the old fashioned way. Additionally, this is the second bottle I've dropped and the lid has broken so it can no longer be shut. Honestly, I work 10 hrs/day and don't have time to be messing around in the shower with the broken conditioner bottle! Today I purchased a cheap squeeze bottle at Walmart and will transfer the conditioner to that (I'm sure it'll work 90% better). I'll keep buying the product as long as I can transfer the conditioner to the cheap squeeze bottle.

I have thick curly hair, The conditioner and mask are great...but the shampoo felt like it stripped my hair and I couldn't even run my fingers thru it (while wet in the shower). I do like the conditioner though and may purchase that again depending on the price. But don't usually need a mask so probably wouldn't purchase it.UPDATE: I have now been using the mask for a while and it has become one of my favorites. I can definitely see a difference in the overall health and shine of my hair. I have changed my review to a 4 star as the conditioner and mask have exceeded my expectations.

I blindly bought this set based on all of the rave reviews. I am now happy to add my own feedback to the mix because of how much I loved the product after my first experience. I was looking for a shampoo and conditioner set that also protects and preserves color treated hair. I have naturally straight fine strands, but a lot of strands which makes my hair overall feel fairly thick in nature. Like the manufacturer suggests, the shampoo doesn't lather as much as I am used to, but that's due to the absence of sulfates which is what typically causes color to fade. I then followed up with the regular conditioner. It didn't quite "coat" my hair with the soft feeling that I'm used to with previous conditioners (seemed more to absorb into my hair quicker), but I added a tiny amount of the mask to supplement and it felt much better. All three products smell fabulous. It's a very clean and natural smell that stays with you even after you get out of the shower. I let my hair air dry and have not been able to stop running my fingers through my hair. It's unbelievably silky today, even on the ends where I have bleach/highlights. IIt is also apparent that the company cares strongly about their product, hence the 100% money back guarantee. I also received an email within 24 hours providing more information on my purchases. If you're looking to pay a bit more for a quality product, look no further. I plan to buy this again in the future.

I would love to give this product four or even five stars because the shampoo and conditioner work great on my hair (naturally curly, color & keratin treated). But the packaging is just awful. What's with the giant box? Is that really necessary? I'm not an environmentalist by any means but the amount of packaging involved here is out of control. And removing the seals from the shampoo and conditioner is an exercise in frustration. I wish I would remember that frustration when it's time to reorder. Please revisit your packaging and seals. Please!!

After having used Fekkai, L'Oreal Pro, Bumble, etc., this is my favorite shampoo and conditioner for color treated hair. My only complaint, and it is almost to the point where it's a deal breaker, is the packaging. No matter how you purchase the products, every bottle of shampoo and conditioner has a silver seal that is IMPOSSIBLE to remove. There is no tab to pull from, so there is no way to remove it with your fingers, tweezers, etc. If you try to push it in, the product can't get through.I am seriously considering switching products because of lousy packaging.

so glad I bought, what a huge difference this has made for my dry ends/color processed hair, after drying and styling, its just as smooth/shiny as when I get done at the hair salon. Only use every 2-3 days. Lightly scented. I have used paul Mitchell, Oi, Aveda, redken...nothing beats the finished product like this combo.
