This is a good anti virus security product, like that the vpn option can be on all the time , something my previous security suite didn't have.Like all these products there are lots of bells and whistles that require additional cost, will be interested to see what renewal costs will be as an existing customer.

Had the software installed on my phone and laptop, and so far so good. Great features including the VPN which gives you that extra protection. All very easy to use.

A great price instead of just renewing subscription.Did take me a while to actually find where to load it.It works and it's a saving.

Norton is probably the top rated anti-virus in computer magazine reviews. Not sure if there is any bias in those reviews but I find it does everything I want plus a lot of stuff I don't want so I just skip those parts.The first time registration process is a little tedious but that only has to be completed once. Like almost everything you purchase these days you are offered extras that costs you money. I just skipped past all this stuff.DO NOT be put off by the subscription automatically renewing. There is an option in your "My Account" section on the Norton website to disable automatic renewal.

I bought this to remove a virus from my PC. Alas:(i) after installing the software and scanning my PC to detect & remove the virus, it was not detected(ii) after installing the software I was no longer able to find and connect to any other websites, as all were blockedNAV support told me my browser (Chrome) was at fault which I knew was untrue.I uninstalled NAV and websites became available.This software was very cheap to buy but I discovered that it would only run if I signed up for a very very costly renewal subscriptionTo be avoided at all cost is my unavoidable conclusion

I've had this on my Windows 10 pc for several years without any problems. The big attraction over Kaspersky was always the unlimited VPN but I see Kaspersky is also offering this now. Unlike McAfee it doesn't seem to slow down my pc but weirdly it chuggs when opening the various features. Once opened, the features work quickly. Works fine on my android 13 phone.Don't ever get taken in by Norton's insulting auto renewal prices, just buy another 12 months elsewhere if you're happy to stay with them. They wanted £80 for another year, idiots!Using the product activation code is a real pain each time but once you've followed the instructions, set up your account [if you're a new sub.] and probably come to a dead end, just use the online live help/chat. Once you're through to a human they'll activate your new code for you. I got a free extra month's subscription out of them for the hassle but I will be considering Kaspersky next year if the unlimited VPN is still included [didn't spot that until I'd purchased this].Once set up, don't forget to go into your account and turn off the auto-renewal. They'll remind you your subscription is coming to an end atleast a month before it does.It's as if they want to deliberately make it difficult for existing customers to buy a renewal elsewhere, which is a great way to p**s us off!

Amazon forgot to tell us that anything Windows 7 or earlier is not supported as far as UPDATES are concerned. Norton indicate that certain features may be FREE and then you find out that most of these features are going to cost a lot more - per annum. If you don't CANCEL your Subscription around 40 days before it expires Norton will bill you the £85 within the final 35 days. Support is in the USA and so is their Telephone Number if you try to obtain 30 days FREE TRIAL of their PC STATUS CHECK. When I ran the FREE CHECK (Valid in real time only) it came back with hundreds of so called issues that I simply do not believe. There is FREE Software available to perform PC Checks, such as CCLEANER etc. Had I re-signed with Bitdefender the Renewal would be £40 per year but sadly I had to break the Seal on the Norton/Amazon packaging and begin Registration before I found out what I am writing now. One bitten twice shy, we live and learn.
