Works for what it is supposed to do, make tunnel liners. Requires a thinker than standard mixture of casting plaster so it doesn't just pour out. I had to create a dam on one side out of some scrap plastic which make the process much more efficient. a thicker mixture also tends to not break as easily when removing the casting from the mold.

a way to make realistic HO scale tunnel walls....
Have yet to try out this new, to me anyways, but it looks quite simple.....fill the depressions with plaster, smooth it over, let it harden, assemble........it makes more sense than some other ways i have seen.

difficult for N scale
Great for HO I suppose, but I use N scale and it is miserable for that. Tends to tear when you pull off the plaster. Regular plaster of paris works as well as hydrocal.
