First off the chair is comfortable the padding is about 3 inches thick and the back and head pillows are both great, I actually fell asleep in the chair last night. The leg rest will come out if you pull it out too far and as far as I can tell there is no way to lock it in place in any way. The USB cord for the back messager is a little short but its a break away cable so if you pull a little too far away there is no risk of damaging anything at all. If I had to make a complaint it would be that the right arm rest doesn't seem to have a swivel lock between it's centered and inwards facing position, and I am unsure if this is a manufacturing defect or if it is a shipping defect but it does not detract from my enjoyment of the chair

One of the wheels was broke when we opened it, Edwell responded promptly and sent out another set of wheels, however they were not orange and black like the original ones. I would have rather got what I had originally bought but the chair is functional. I would recommend buying from them again. They are quick to solve a problem if you have one.

There is a metal bar that goes across the back and digs in. Horrible for any length of sitting.

Came with 1 broken wheel. Anyone know how I can get a replacement?

The foot rest falls off easily.
