I anxiously awaited the arrival fo this new product. Although I was very disappointed in Amazon's one day delay in the promised delivery time, my disappointment quickly transformed to great satisfaction. The ear buds come delivered in a very high quality box and are packaged exquisitely in an all around package that gives the appearance of much more expensive ear buds. The storage case, that serves as a charging station did not disappoint in the least. The buds themselves are very solidly built and look "real classy". While I have a problem in the past with buds remaining in my ears, these fit each ear perfectly and fit comfortably in the ear with no appearance of coming loose of falling out. And the sound ? Exquisite.....the spectrum of sound is simply unbelievable for such a small package.I am revising my review from a previous 5 star review to a 2 star review based upon the manner in which customer support operates at Tribit. Despite providing a phone number for customer support on their web site , in contacting customer support via phone the agent indicated that any issues must be addressed by email which to date has been sporadic at best. I have already returned one set of earbuds because the touch pads were not working properly... the replacement set of earbuds sent to me also do not work properly in that in that either the right bud works or the left bud works with both never pairing or otherwise working together. It has now been over a month since I have ordered these ear buds and I am now working on securing a second replacement set that works properly, all the while dealing with what can be described as, sporadic at best , communication with Tribit's customer support. MOreover, by the diction and grammar used in the emails received from Tribit the sporadic nature of the communication is best explained in that the miscommunications are probably originating from the far east.Since the above revision to my original review, I received emails from Tribit describing a rather more elaborate and more descriptive method to reset teh ear buds. Using this more elaborate and more descriptive method to reset the earbuds I was able to finally get both ear pieces to work at the same time. The reset description I followed in the manual is apparently flawed as it did not work....Tribit should immediately revise their manuals to adopt the procedure provided to me in their email. I only increased the review from 2 to 3 stars due to what I had to go through with Tribits underwhelming customer service......although their product, once able to resent the earpieces, remains of exceptional quality and sound.

The earbuds initially seemed to work fine. Then,while running with one earbud in mono mode, my music paused a few times without me touching the earbuds. Not the biggest deal. A simple tap on the earbuds and the music resumed. After using the earbuds throughout the course of a day, the issue became more frequent, with my music pausing every 10-20 seconds. Resetting the earbuds seemed to make them work better for a short period of time, but in the end I kept having the same issue. Tried resetting my phone, forgetting the earbuds and repairing-no change. Finally, after resetting the earbuds one more time, the left one refuses to pair with the right one and does not recognize when i put my finger on it to try and reset (each bud will pair individually with my phone. The right one works fine. The left one does not recognize when I touch it). I've contacted the seller, and will update my review based on their response, but I am initially very dissatisfied that my earbuds do not work properly.Update: Customer service was as good as can reasonably be expected. A few emails shot back and forth for them to verify that I was resetting the earbuds correctly and then they sent me a prepaid shipping label to return the old earbuds. Once I had dropped the old earbuds off at the post office (they can verify using the tracking number) they sent me a new pair. The new pair works great. None of the issues previously listed are occurring (knock on wood).Particularly interesting is the fact that the new pair is significantly louder with better bass than my first pair. I listened to the old earbud with volume on my phone all the way up and still thought it was a little too quiet when I was out and about. Listening to the new pair at about 1/3 volume currently and it is more than enough. Looking at some other reviews, it looks like people have varying opinions on the volume and bass. Initially, I thought this was just based on preference, but now I am fairly convinced that the product does actually vary that much. In my experience, large variations in performance do not bode well for reliability and quality control (especially given that my first pair was a dud).With that being said, the pair I have now is fantastic and customer service was very good in getting a new pair to me. Earbuds are a 5, but I can only possibly review the overall product as a 4 given that my first pair was a dud.

Got these on black Friday weekend. Just started using them after Christmas as they were a gift for myself. I would give 4-5 stars. I Like the sound quality. Comfortable fit. The BIG PROBLEM is they randomly power off after 15-20 minutes of use, which is I the middle of my workout. So you have to stop, put back in the case, repair before you use them again which takes a few minutes since the case is usually in my bag. Big buzz kill when you're working out and very frustrating. Which is why I give 1 star for now. I will try to exchange them and hopefully the new ones don't have the same problem. I will update afterwards.
