I did have to replace within a year though

I bought this case in March. It did work well until Nov and stopped working completely. I sent a note to vendor asking for support as case is undef Warranty but no response

I am writing the review for a case installed on the IPhone Xr. The case is okay, but as described in the dimensions and weight, does add considerable thickness and weight to the phone. I was okay with this, as I knew it before ordering, but returned for a couple reasons. The first and primary, the bezel on the top is not tall enough to protect the screen when the phone is placed face down, as the glass touches first. When I also added a screen protector glass, it became even a worse issue. The second reason, while the batter is 200%, it does not mean 2x plus the original battery life, it only means it is about equal to having a single recharge of the phone. For the size and weight, this was very disappointing. The third reason, is while the cover attaches securely to the phone, the side edges are too flimsy. I fully expect, if used for more time, they would have stretched out and bowed away from the phone. The last reason, and is just a personal preference, is the battery button is just a quick on/off, there is no push and hold to turn it on/off. While this is quick, I found that it turned itself off in my pocket without my knowledge.The buttons, battery operation, charge capability, and protection of the camera lense were all great. Overall, not a bad case, but not what I needed, or expected after having many cases of the years including Mophie (just wear out/break too fast for the price), Alpatronix (my worst experience), and other non-name brands (some of my best experiences).

It’s pretty decent, works as intended but a little overpriced

The product holds somewhat of a charge, but you have to constantly hold the charger in the product for it to even charge. It’s like the chargers to small for the port, it’s always falling out. There’s no security.

It gets to hot when you have it charging your phone. It stopped holding charge after about 2 months.

I really liked the idea of the charging case and it has saved me on several occasions already. However, the case is not shock resistant and it is slippery to hold. I have dropped the phone several times and my screen has a small crack. Would love the case a little lot better if they had designed protection features into the case.If you are someone who uses your phone a lot and you need a boost during the day without having to plug in, this really works.

Waste of money, this is so heavy. It’s also very slippery for some weird reason, the lip of the case stops right at the glass as well. If you drop your phone flat your screen is going to smack the ground. After charging it a few times it’s like the charge port got lose and the cord wouldn’t stay plugged in. Just bought this and I already ordered something else.
