I recently ordered the Vulken suspension trainer and absolutely love this equipment. The quality is very high and the whole product feels very sturdy which is very important for equipment where you will be hanging off it.There are various ways you can attach the equipment, with a door attachment and also extremely strong carabiners so you can use wall attachments and even other gym equipment.The handles are extremely strong and have the foot strap too so you can do a full body workout with this. If you do any travelling and have to use either non existent or very small hotel gyms to keep fit then this is a must for you to take with you to get a great workout in. It also comes with a great carrying pouch which packs everything very small so will fit in your suitcase easily!There is a very detailed workout book with the equipment with loads of different exercises for the whole body and with the instability of suspension training you get such a more efficient workout in less time.Can highly recommend this product for anyone who loves to workout and maybe has to deal with poor hotel gyms whilst travelling for work.

A good quality trx like system! About 1/3 of the price of my trx comes with the over the door system which is great for travel. Although this is a heavy sturdy bit of kit. Good range of extension. You dont slide the straps but clip them up using the carbiniers which once you get your head round feels more solid. Good little instruction book and storage bag.

Just bought suspension bungee to go with. Need all of it for full workout.

Multiple clips make this piece of equipment rather uncomfortable compared to other suspension trainers (clips touching head), other than that a real sturdy piece of equipment with some solid attachments
