Nice! More than I expected!
This is my first experience with bottarga, although I am semi-qualified as a longtime used and lover of all things caviar. I was impressed with the fresh, briny notes and nice salt that did NOT overwhelm! I used this in a nice pasta dish featuring a light, high quality EVOO and about a half-teaspoon of bottarga with just a hint of fresh basil. This bids fair to become a lifelong favorite for simplicity, excellent taste and something new!

Buy a whole sac instead.
The taste is weak. Probably better to buy a a whole sac and shred it as needed.
