I don't kind understand how can someone review a product with one star, then say not good. I'm not sure if this person is trying to eat the powder by itself or what. I used this product in my daily 16-fruit juice, plus a lot of super foods powders like the Nutryttiva Dry Belly Powder. I feel nourished and as health as I always dreamed of. I have bought every product Nutryttiva have available for sale, and I love each one of them. Have made the most delicious cakes with the Banana flour along with the Maracuja, (passion fruit) wonderful flavor. Yummy, Yummy. I recommend all Nutryttiva products. If you know how to bake and cook, and can make amazing things with all their products or just make your soup more nutritive, the juices ticker and more delicious, and nice and moisture cakes that melts in your mouth. I love to mix with in my shake
To me it's must have !!! I love to mix with in my shake. I am doing a nutritional education and I lost 40 pounds!

Perfect to use before exercising!
I bought this powder in Tampa, and I loved it! I mix it in a shake every time before I go to the gym and I really noticed that my body absorbed the ingredients very well and I lost more weight if I hadn't not be using this product. I totally recommend if you want to loose weight faster and be healthy.
