Plenty of Materials
This paint-by-number kit is like most others. The paint is thick, but not heavily pigmented so one coat of paint doesn’t cover the numbers and the lines.If you will invest another $8 in some Liquitex Gesso, and put a couple of light coats on your canvas before you begin, then one coat will provide sufficient coverage and this project can become what it is supposed to be - FUN! Don’t use the gesso at full strength, thin it with a bit of water. You want to make a translucent wash.Also, if you take the time before you begin to thin each paint pot with 3 or 4 drops of water and stir it in, your paint won’t be so thick and clumpy.In this kit, some of the background colors don’t exactly match what you see in the photo. But the finished piece is still very nice.

Very difficult small areas to paint
I think the pattern is very good, but the individual areas to be painted are incredibly difficult to paint without a magnifying lamp, and expensive brushes. The brushes included are not stiff enough and have uneven fibers so it is very easy to make a mess painting with them. After 3 tries of about 1 hour each, I got frustrated and threw the painting away. I did buy better quality brushes, but again, the spaces are small and irregularly shaped, so painting was not relaxing for me. I am sure someone with more patience and steadier hands will enjoy this kit. I will return to the diamond dots painting and knitting to get my craft-relaxation on.

Long project
Very cool but DEAR LORD THIS THING ID TEDIOUS!! I’ve put in around 16 hours and I’m still only about 1/2 way through it.

The colors in this painting are beautiful. The paints are not the best but can easily be remedied with flo improver.

Colors are NOTHING like the picture
Colors are NOTHING like the picture. The sunset looks like a hodgepodge of neons. The canvas is also not lined up on the frame and the frame is too small. Piss-poor craftsmanship

Excellent customer service!
Amazing customer service! I got my painting and discovered some of the paints had gone bad and are chunky. Within 2 days, the company is sending me new paints. I am very happy with this as I did not want to return a partially completed painting.The canvas is nicely stretched onto frame and the paint covers the numbers well. Even the lighter colors.I am happy with the service and product and will be ordering again from Wowdecor!
