Got delivered used product in different packing. This product is also small in size. Refer picture to see. Handle is not fixed in product.Got the replacement, handle is ok, need to screw yourself, suggest to screw both screws for better handling. Working ok now.

Total waste product, i asked amazon to pick it back on the same day of delivery but no one came for pickup for 5-6 days though I got a message from amazon that item will be picked up very next day.... After give days i thought to try this pan and if it is worthy I will not return but this pan is waste of money.... Very bad quality and it cant serve the purpose as displayed by sellers waste item...

We like the product. It has been able to meet up our expectations. It is user friendly - easy to handle, easy to clean and easy to reset. A simple yet very useful product. With first preparation of food we've become delighted. One sudggestion - in future if you are able to provide a booklet on preparations of food which could be done with your product, it would be more than helpful to the customers. It is highly recommendable. And we recommend this product to others.
