This brand is a high quality product. I have.powedered vitamin C in the same brand. Both powdered nettle and C are very nourishing. I’m taking nettle for extreme allergic reaction to foods. I’ve suffered with whole body hives for months despite eating a healthy normal diet. Still not sure what is wrong but the nettle is helping. It calms the hives and slowly they are disappearing into mostly scabby bumps. I still need this product as I will have extreme reactions again if I stop, so I’m ordering a second bottle. I can’t take capsules or tablets as they won’t break down in my digestion. This is a life saver. Still itching but not as much and not nearly the inflammation.This is an update: I’m on my third bottle and ordering a fourth. My skin has returned to normal with slight remnants of scabby areas. My skin has smoothed out and gotten much softer. I still have some itching, using antihistamine rarely. My energy has improved and feel physically much better. I’m so impressed with this nettle. Very easily digested. Taking a heaping teaspoon twice a day. Nettle is loaded with nutrients...google it ☺️

Between taking this every morning and avoiding wheat, my allergy problems are very minimal.

My favorite foods/bevs contain high histamine &/or trigger histamine release from my body recrudescing old poison ivy and heat rash worse than original, swelling my eyelids and fingers, and endangering my health by systemic high histamine I reduce with Beef Kidney capsule precursor of DAO enzyme; Swanson Time-Release Bromelain on arising or between meals; BestVite Quercetin/Bromelain and Enzymedica DigestGold 10 minutes before eating/drinking histagenic food/bev; and though Stinging Nettle, growing near Poison Ivy (and Poison Oak and Poison Sumac?) has histamine hairs, processing reduces that, and its leaf & root are famous reducing hyper histamine reaction folks have always steamed as a side dish or poultice, and made tea with. (Versus root for male BPH [and maybe female incontinence?]) The Synergy Company of Utah maintains highest standards of growing, non-denaturing processing maintaining vitality, and purity. I appreciate their new Nettle capsule convenience! :D

I noticed there wasn't a lot of reviews and I don't typically write them. But I must say, I do work out and I do take other healthy things. I do run about 1.5 miles 3-4 times a week and my knees would always hurt, not terribly but it was noticeable. I have been taking this for a couple of days and I can honestly say my knees feel normal and don't hurt after a run or days leading up to it. I know this product has a lot of benefits and everyone will have different results but if this helps someone, so be it. Thanks for making a good product.

I'm very happy with this product! It's easy to take, you can mix it with water or anything else, or mix it with other green powders. I take this along with quercetin to substitute for Claritin D for my cat allergy and it's been working great! Really happy to have found this and definitely recommend.

Overall great product, I needed it ground finer for a colorant in makeup

I like that the product is freeze dried. This is the best form in my opinion. You can buy it in capsules from other companies, but I am adding to smoothies so it works great for me.
