I love the look of these chairs. The wood stain is so close if not identical to that on our floor, so that was a plus. Assembly was super easy and I like how if we really wanted to, we have the option of removing the backs of these later down the road when the kids get bigger and we don't have to worry about them falling back off of it. I do see some comments about these being really small - no, these are not the biggest seats, but most can fit on them for the amount of time you will need to sit on them. I (5'4) fit very comfortably on them, and my husband (over 6') says he wouldn't watch a game on them but they're just fine to eat on. They do have the plastic caps on the bottom of the stools but I added felt ones to them just to be extra safe with our hardwoods.One "downfall" of the assembly process was the backs not fitting to the stool, but all you have to do is just press that middle piece of the back a little bit to get it to join with the holes in the stool and then screw them in. After figuring that out on the first one, it was super easy! :) Would definitely recommend these!

I ordered these stools over a month ago-- they took FOREVER to get here! They were scanned as "shipped" at least 2 weeks before they ever left the warehouse, and the seller told me it was because FedEx and the warehouse were so backed up due to COVID-19 staff and production shortages and promptly refunded me 5% of the purchase price. I nearly cancelled the order, but these stools cannot be found elsewhere for less than about $150 each. Glad I didn't, they shipped for real earlier this week which was a total surprise and arrived yesterday.Everything was very well packed and protected, no damage at all. Each stool was easily assembled with the screws and Allen wrench provided. CAUTION: they're are short screws and long screws, and they are very easily confused. Some are mixed up in the pack provided, so I would separate them out before you begin assembly. The short screws are for attaching the wooden seat to the legs-- the king screws are for attaching the chair backs. If you accidentally screw in a long one into the wooden seat like I did with the first stool, you will know it because you'll hear a cracking sound. STOP, or you will crack the wood or at the very least cause a lump in the seat surface. I ended up with 2 extra long screws and missing one short screw, but it's entirely possible that I accidentally used a short one where they're should've been a long one, it's very easy to mix them up. Other reviewers said the seats weren't big enough for adult butts, but I didn't feel they were to small. Yes, my butt hands over the edge a bit but not in an uncomfortable way. Add padded floor sliders to the feet so you don't scratch up your floors. Great product if you don't mind possibly waiting forever to get them and if you favor a farmhouse/industrial/craftsman-inspired theme in your home.

We ordered the “Wooden” industrial bar stool set with low backs and 26” seat. They Arrived faster than originally quoted and were extremely easy to assemble, so easy my 6 and 9 year old sons did most of the assembly. Assembly consisted of attaching the plywood veneer seat to the sturdy metal base with four screws and connecting the low rise back with an additional four screws using the provided hex wrench. The color depicted in the advertising pictures is spot on, a deep/dark rust brown. For our use the stools are the perfect size and color. we are using them at our 36” island countertop that has a 16” over hang, even with the backs the stool slide completely under the countertop out of sight. The stools are solid no give at all, Im 6’ tall and weigh 230 pounds.Note: The product description states there are “plastic” feet on the stool. We were Pleasantly surprised to find thick/sturdy non-marring rubber feet that are perfect for wood floors. We would’ve given 5 out of 5 stars but the company accidentally sent us two sets of stools instead of just the one we ordered; the return process was a little more involved than we expected.

Chairs are sturdy, came quickly and were easy to put together. We have been using them at our counter height bar several nights a week when we eat dinner together but don't want to have a formal meal at the dining room table. One note of caution - they are not comfortable if you sit on them for an extended time - say all day long or during a 3 hour internet session. But, most of the time, you are not sitting in them that long anyway, and we just wanted some chairs that could double as step stools, as we are not a tall family, and these do the trick (they do not swivel and that's good if you are standing on them). Also good is that we can fit 4 of them under the bar, enough for everyone in our family.

These are pretty good. But my wife tried to put them together before i got home, and she just kept screwing the screw, like it was tight and she was like, nah it needs to be tighter. This resulted in the wooden seat panel splitting in four different spots. So, good product. Just dont let your wife put it together.

Easily assembled and sturdy! Only concern I had is the hard plastic on the feet may scratch our wood floors but it was easily fixed w felt pads.

This was packaged really really well. There wasn’t a ding, scratch, or anything broken. I haven’t had the best luck with furniture being delivered intact so this was awesome for me. Super easy to assemble. Just remember to place the wooden seats the direction you want the wood grain to go before you attach them to the base. I had to fix a couple because I didn’t pay attention to that. My only complaint is that the wooden seats smell like moth balls. I had to put them in my garage to air them out and I’m looking into ways to get the smell out of the wood. Otherwise I love them! They are on the small side but perfect for my family and the counter I am placing them at.

Chairs have an industrial look. Glad I got the wooded seat vs metal. The look and comfort is great for me. Hint: When assembling I made sure the grain of the wood seat all faced the same way.
