Dreambaby Car Reversing Alert Beeper

DOA.. Sent back for refund.

All the whiners out there complaining about the sun activating it, all you had to do was cover the light sensor opening on the back with a little piece of tinted Mylar. And viola - fixed! Amazing you didn't think of that!

This product works and emits a loud beeping when the car is in reverse, BUT it also beeps incessantly when sunlight hits the back of the car. So the car beeps nonstop for hours while it's parked uncovered in the driveway. It also beeps nonstop while driving outside on a sunny day. And I live in CA where it's sunny 95% of the year so this is a BIG problem.

This isn't exactly what I expected it to be. Maybe I read the description wrong before but I thought it would let me know if people or soemthing was behind the car, not let something know that I'm backing up. Knowing that's what it's for it does the job, most the time. There has been a few times it didn't go off.Disclosure: I received this product at discount or free in exchange for my honest review.

It was professionally packaged in recyclable material.Before purchasing, I had already been in the market for this type of item. My husband was rightfully concerned about wiring. I, however was concerned about peace of mind.By choice, I drive a large SUV (a tank, really….). The rear view camera and white reverse lightsjust didn’t seem to be enough.While proper, attentive, cautious driving is undeniably required at all times, this item takes the ‘edge’ off.The item appears to be of high quality. It performs as described.I am happy to answer any questions you may have about this product.Please, if you've found my unbiased review helpful, vote so. The Dreambaby reversing beeper works when you are backing up. It does not beep if you get close to something. It is mainly to let people know you are backing up. It is easy it install. Just stick it on on you back up light. When you back up it beeps.I received the beeper at a discount or free for my honest review.

easy to install , works great! heads up: this won t work if you have l.e.d. lights. only con: batt doesn't last more than three weeks.

I have not been able to get it to work since it arrived.
